About the job The Credit Risk - Regulatory Reporting Team Leader with his team contributes to the Credit Risk RWA computation and analysis, contributing to the calculation of the Group Basel solvency ratio and Pillar 3 disclosures (includes Group Accounting to Risk Reconciliation); Regulatory Reporting at Group and sub-consolidated level (COREP Own Funds/Large Exposures/Leverage Ratio, International Commitments, Country Risk, Pillar 2 - Short Term Exercise, G-SIB, Basel Monitoring - Quantitative Impact Study, etc.), Data quality and process optimization and supporting the Manager.
Your Main Activities Are Coordinate and supervise the team work in order to be aligned with the targets and objectives of the department and report to the Manager, as well as coordination with related businesses (Risk, Finance, Capital Management) and group and production of management information and variation analysis.Collection and control of risk data (ensure the quality and integrity of the data used or enriched by the team).Calculations, analysis and reporting of RWA (Risk-Weighted Assets) figures to several stakeholders.Reconciliation of Accounting and Risk exposures.Supervise and assist team with the production of several process and reports (Data consolidation and integration in ARC, COREP Own Funds/Large Exposures/Leverage Ratio, International Commitments, Country Risk, Pillar 2 - Short Term Exercise, G-SIB, Basel Monitoring - Quantitative Impact Study, etc.).Have a proactive participation in the different projects linked to regulatory evolutions, reporting evolutions, process improvements, regulators requests, IT developments. Act as key point of contact for the Group stakeholders.Regulatory reports (Large Exposures, International Commitments, Country Risk, COREP…).Strive for quality improvement through actively revising and improving processes, procedures and data quality reporting, including actively participating in the testing phases.Test and analyse the impact of new data sourcing in the completion/referential data in the group tools during the inter-closing period.In charge of the team operational matters delegated by the manager, such as: approval of Clarity-Actitime-PI / My portal / Sailpoint / Training (My Dev); onboarding and operational training of the new team members; definition of job positions for new recruitment requests; booking of recruitment interviews with recruiters, candidates interview; objectives definition, appraisal and PDP of team members; and checkpoints (trial period validation) of team members.Profile and Skills to Success Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting.At least 5 years of professional experience in risk and controls.Proficient in MS OFFICE PACK MICROSOFT EXCEL.Knowledge of MS OFFICE PACK MICROSOFT ACCESS.Basic knowledge of MySQL.Fluent in English, oral and written.Proactive attitude.Critical thinking.Good organisational skills.Analytical ability.Able to develop others and improve their skills.Why joining BNP Paribas?
