Responsibilities: Acquisition form creation, testing and maintenance – using Wyng and Segment
Audience creation and monitoring – using Segment as well as Meta
Email set up and execution – using Braze
Spanish speaker as much of the above will involve delivering for Spanish language markets
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for personalised marketing campaigns
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Manage and optimise customer journeys across various touchpoints
Create and maintain detailed documentation of CRM processes and workflows
Conduct A/B testing to improve email performance and conversion rates
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM activities
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and marketing automation
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies
Provide training and support to team members on CRM tools and processes
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience in CRM management or digital marketing
Proficiency in CRM platforms (specifically Hubspot and Braze) and social media advertising (particularly Meta)
Strong knowledge of email marketing, audience segmentation, and personalisation techniques
Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and SQL
Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level for both)
Familiarity with Wyng and Segment platforms is a plus
