We are looking for a highly skilled Creative Designer to join our design team and collaborate across multiple disciplines, contributing to our dynamic and creative projects. The Creative Designer will play a key role in our design team, bringing a holistic approach to various design disciplines. This role requires a versatile designer who can work seamlessly with Brand Designers, Spatial Designers, UI Designers, and Motion Designers, as well as collaborate closely with the communication team, including Art Directors, Copywriters, Content Creators, and Developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic sensibility and a passion for contributing to diverse projects that demand a creative and innovative eye. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute high-quality design solutions across various disciplines, including brand design, spatial design, UI design, and motion design. Collaborate closely with Brand Designers, Spatial Designers, UI Designers, and Motion Designers to ensure a cohesive and innovative approach to all projects. Work alongside the communication team, including Art Directors, Copywriters, Content Creators, and Developers, to create compelling visual content and campaigns. Contribute to projects requiring a strong artistic vision, ensuring they align with the agency's creative direction. Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops, offering fresh perspectives and innovative ideas. Ensure design consistency and quality across all outputs, adhering to project timelines and client requirements. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in design to keep the agency at the forefront of creativity. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative excellence with efficiency. Present design concepts and strategies to clients and internal teams effectively. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Design, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Designer in an agency or similar creative environment. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, from design to communication and artistic pieces. Excellent collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. A strong artistic eye with a passion for creativity and innovation. Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.). Experience in both digital and print design, with a solid understanding of design principles and best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards creative challenges
