Description Reporting directly to the Managing Director Iberia, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Business Management and Growth: Responsible for managing and growing the business, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like EBITDA; Assist Training Manager: Accompany the Training Manager in the field, when necessary, to support training initiatives; Supervise and Manage Agents: Oversee real estate agents, ensuring they follow legal and ethical standard; Oversee Property Transactions: Manage the process of buying and selling properties, negotiating deals, and handling paperwork; Provide Market Expertise: Advise clients on market trends, property values, and pricing strategies. Profile The ideal profile will meet the following criteria:
At least 10 years of successful experience in a second-hand residential real estate sales agency; Leadership/management skills; Business Skills; Training knowledge; Bachelor's Degree; Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (must have); Languages: Portuguese and English. French and Spanish are a plus; Skills: Charismatic and persuasive personality; Strategic Vision; Organization; Teamwork; Leadership; Communication; Dynamism; Available to travel inside Portugal.
