A sonata of taste and craft, where passion's fires burn, Kaya Spirits, a name revered, where all lovers return..The RoleYou Will Be Responsible ForIdentifying dealers (Primary and Secondary), importers of alcohol, distributors of alcohol, and dealers in the alcohol business.Achieving sales of more than 500 cases per month.Being open to travel between East and West Africa.Having a minimum of 5 years of experience, with preference given to candidates with alcohol experience.Identifying prospective customers for our brand in this territory. INDIAN EXPATS ONLYIdeal ProfileAt least 6 years of experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Country Head / General Manager role, ideally within the FMCG, Hospitality, and Wines & Spirits industry.A seasoned leader with strong experience in managing P&Ls and driving growth within organizations.Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and deliver high-standard work.A strong networker and relationship builder.A strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.Willingness to undertake 0-30% travel.What's on Offer?Leadership RoleJoin a well-known brand within HospitalityFlexible working options
