You are a dynamic and inspirational Business Manager who is a true coach that helps develop the team to achieve all sales and operational targets. Not only do you dare to dream it – you dare to do it across the border!As a Business Manager, you will:Weekly and Monthly productivity reporting to the Retail ManagerDriving sales success through motivation of the team to hit daily and monthly KPI targetsLeading a #1 team through daily briefs, performance 121 meetings and general line managementCreate a positive and cooperative team culture in store, through team meetings and a collaborative management style; recognizing and celebrating performance where necessary.Owning the end-to-end recruitment process in your store, proactively sourcing exceptional talent and providing a magical candidate experience to all applicantsOwn your counter metrics and unlock the steps that need to be taken to manage future risks and opportunitiesThink limitlessly with your plan for the calendar year with consideration for New Product Launches, and activity/market impacts from the previous year of tradeEntrepreneurial with proposing plans, events and other limitless activity to unlock commercial success.You are required to be flexible to work on a shift basis, including both early shifts and late shifts.You will be required to give a five-year working and personal reference, along with a Criminal Reference Check as the store is airside in the departures lounge.
