Our client, a leading company in the B2B sector, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this critical role, you will ensure seamless daily operations in customer service, including:

Processing customer orders and samplesManaging complaints and product returnsNegotiating delivery dates with customersMaintaining customer databases and special pricingSupporting sales and marketing teamsHandling backorders, low stock coverage, and customer surveysWhat We're Looking For:
We're seeking a professional who has:

A customer-oriented mindset and teamwork skillsStrong organizational and communication abilitiesA sense of responsibility and sound decision-making skillsExperience with Microsoft applicationsFluency in English and SpanishQualifications:
3+ years of experience in a similar B2B or B2C role
Knowledge of Oracle JD Edwards (preferred)
A technical degree or bachelor's degree is an advantage
