Your key responsibilities
Lead client projects and engagement teams to deliver high quality outputs;
Maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels;
Drive business development by preparing client meetings and project proposals and proactively seeking and identifying new project opportunities;
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of all phases and aspects of strategy development and implementation;
Deliver a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products sufficient to drive additional and repeated engagements;
Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, portfolio optimization, etc;
Effectively manage diverse and international teams, maintaining the work life balance and promoting EY-Parthenon culture and values;
Mentor and coach junior colleagues to support their personal and professional growth and fit to the team;
Lead marketing and promotional efforts to further boost brand presence and awareness;
Actively support recruitment efforts in identifying and selecting future team members.

Strong business acumen and communication skills;
Proactive and willing to handle several complex tasks simultaneously;
Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines;
International exposure and experience (professional and/or educational);
Capable to effectively contribute and lead business development activities.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Academic bachelor or master;
5-7 years of experience, including in strategic consulting;
Project management skills: Delivery structure and conclusions, completion of demanding plans, management and coordination of team members and management of the relationship with the client and heads of other departments;
Commercial skills to identify new customers and opportunities;
Full Portuguese and English Proficiency;
Availability to work in Portugal and abroad.
