Corporate Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join Sonae's Corporate Strategy team. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of strategic decision-making and drive the future direction of the Group.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with senior executives, overseeing the Group's strategic planning cycle, actively contributing to portfolio management decisions and leading corporate projects.
Corporate Strategy Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the corporate strategic planning process, including its preparation, promotion and monitoring;
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, business unit leaders, and relevant teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of strategic initiatives;
Participate in portfolio management process, including the analysis of the performance of our diverse business units to study recommendations to enhance value creation and ensure alignment with corporate goals;
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in various sectors. Provide strategic insights to support decision-making processes;
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities. Assist in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives at the Group level.

Requirements:

Proven experience (4-5 years) in management consulting, strategy consulting or business development roles;
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
High degree of initiative and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges;
Strong conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights;
Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint and Excel).

Porto. Hybrid mode (following the company policy: 3 days at the office)
