We are currently recruiting a Corporate Finance and Strategic Advisory Analyst (M/F) for Lisbon for our client PremiValor Consulting.

PremiValor Consulting is a large group with a strong international presence in the area of Management Consulting with a focus on Corporate Finance activity and specifically on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) activity.

This Professional Will Have The Following Responsibiltes

Collaborating on the development of Corporate Finance and Project Finance projects with a strong connection to Technology (Cybersecurity, AI and Data Science/Data Analytics)
Participation in strategic planning and preparation of business plans projects for leading client organizations
Dive into the world of M&A and assist in strategic evaluations, due diligence, and deal execution.
Collaborate on evaluating investment opportunities, helping our clients make informed decisions on resource allocation, including the development of a framework for CYBERSECURITY INVESTMENTS made by CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURES AND ESSENTIAL SERVICES entities.

Profile

Master's Degree in Finance or Corporate Finance;
Availability to be at the office in Lisbon;
Experience in M&A or Investments Analysis.
Proficiency in both Portuguese and English, in both written and spoken forms, is essential for this position.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) able to communicate complex ideas to different areas of the business – client side and internally.
Report writing skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Must possess robust approach to solving complex issues and problems.
High proficiency of MS EXCEL.
Capacity to use PHYTON, STATA, R or equivalent software will be a plus.
Availability to travel both nationwide and internationally in special to USA, UK and Spain.
