Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus' global success and play a vital role in Airbus' transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. As part of the Operation management of the function Communications and Corporate Affairs your mission will be to draft and manage Airbus contracts in the scope of Brand Licensing, Sponsorships and potentially other contracts linked to the Communications and Corporate Affairs scope. The transactional work will be done in close cooperation with Central Legal Affairs Intellectual Property. Legal will support and validate the contracts under intellectual property and legal aspects. This mission will include Draft, review, management and validation of contracts Modification and update of our contracts (including templates) in accordance to our strategy and brand directives Monitor, track, report and other follow-up of ongoing contracts Control and alert of the implementation of all our contracts Conduct audit control on products with licensed brands  Close cooperation with the Legal Finally this mission will include the measurement and monitoring of all contracts in place Requirements - our ideal candidate will have (see guiding questions below / degree, skills, languages, tools...) 5 years degree or more in Legal / contract management / business / economy  Experience in contract drafting and negotiations  Special knowledge in IP, in particular trademarks, and IP licensing Ethic and Compliance skills knowledge  Cross-functional / multicultural experience Rigorous  Tool: Sheet / Slides / Doc /  Benefits - what's in it for you (black text agreed centrally, feel free to add anything specific for your area in blue) Diverse career opportunities within Airbus European core countries or in other regions around the world.
