Corporate Accountant (f/m/d) Your contribute to a #zerodowntimefuture As a Corporate Accountant, you'll be responsible for supporting all day-to-day accounting, tax and payroll activities, following internally defined accounting policies and procedures.You'll be part of our amazing Finance team, which ensures proper financial follow-ups with all our external stakeholders. As Corporate Accountant you will Perform all financial and analytical accounting activities, notably preparation of the chart of accounts, account analysis and conciliation, general ledger, bank conciliations, vendor conciliation, customer receivables conciliation, numbering and archiving of documents, analytical analysis of costs and revenues, cost center entries, accruals and deferrals, analytical reporting of costs and payments, tax due calculations and other normative/legislation required accounting procedures in accordance with SNC and IFRS standards; Perform the accounting monthly closing and auditing according to internal and external deadlines; Handle communications with external entities (e.g.: Tax authorities, social security) via phone, email, and in-person; Review expense reports and process expenses reimbursements according to the internal policies; Maintain digital and physical financial records and ensure data integrity and prepare financial information as required, in accordance with expected accuracy, timeliness and accessibility; Participate actively and cooperate for the success of financial/tax external audits; Support the controlling function as needed; Support other departments with finance related issues; Support the Finance and HR teams on monthly payroll and regular social security and fiscal obligations and communications, reviewing and processing all payroll; Ensure taxes and contributions and other external reporting compliance within deadlines; Produce financial reports as needed (e.g. Trial Balances, Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash flow statements etc.); Support all employees/contractors onboarding and off-boarding finance-related tasks; Handle all administrative and financial Grants documentation and deliverables; Maintain digital and physical administrative records. Destruction of documentation according to the quality process. This is what we believe is needed for this role Minimum BSc/Ba degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance or similar; 1 full year minimum work experience as an accountant; Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software; High attention to detail and accuracy; Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information; Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work; Good level of English (speaking/writing/reading). Bonus Points Being a Certified Accountant is valued; Experience at multinational organizations is valued; Intra group transfer pricing operations experience is valued; Knowledge of Primavera (CEGID) is valued.
