Join Opinov8, and let's innovate together. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Coordinator/Project Manager will play a critical role in connecting our internal teams located in Europe and Brazil. This position requires fluency in both English and Portuguese to effectively communicate and coordinate across different regions. The ideal candidate will bring structure to our processes, document agreements, track to-do's, follow-ups, and update the status of internal tasks and initiatives. Additionally, this role will involve coordinating support and customer care activities. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams in Europe and Brazil; Document all agreements, tasks, to-do's, follow-ups, and updates on project statuses; Coordinate and manage marketing projects and internal initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution; Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment and progress towards goals; Coordinate support and customer care activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. IF YOU ARE Proven experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator, in the marketing or internal projects domain, preferably in tech environment; Familiarity with JIRA or other task management tools; Experience with Confluence or other wiki tools for documentation and knowledge sharing; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment; Ability to communicate effectively in English and Portuguese.
