RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS
Expert in the Contingent Workforce environment
Extensive communication with internal stakeholders involved in the Contingent work force like Recruiters, HR BPs, Managers and Business at large
Extensive communication and daily liaison with Contingent work force agencies
Liaison with the Contingent Workforce Officer to ensure smooth contingent Work force administration
Pro-actively share local best practices with other members of the team to ensure improvement of local execution
Support the Contingent Work Force Manager for any topic in relation with Contingent workforce (rate bands, frame agreement, etc..)
Ensure Contingent Workforce evaluation (SQR) in liaison with HRBP's and Managers
Ensure our legal and compliance rules related to agency contracts and Contingency workforce documentation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Specific skills / expertise / product:
Experience in administrative work
Experience in coordination role
Experience in vendor management will be a plus (not mandatory)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience with SuccessFactors will be a plus (not mandatory)
Behaviours & inter-personal skills – Key points
Ability to coordinate and interface with various internal and external stakeholders
Good organizational skills; able to manage priorities
Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work priorities
Pro-active and on top of things will be a plus
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality performance and positive attitude
Capacity to share complete and accurate information
