The Role Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Review user flagging reports regarding website content
Understand and remain up-to-date with client's policies and guidelines
Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner
Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside of the established policies
Use market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user community
Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or otherwise disturbing subjects
Ideal Profile You speak and write Spanish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
Experience in customer care is an advantage, but not a must.
You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. Ability to deal with highly sensitive content (graphic images, among others).
Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
