David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German-speaking Content Moderator to join their teams in Lisbon.
Position: Content Moderator Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work model: On-site Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide a content regulation service for a social media platform Ensure that the platform's content and user accounts are accurately reviewed and actioned to ensure the safety of all users Review sensitive adervtisement content  Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review Act according to social media policies   REQUIREMENTS: Native/Fluent in German (C2), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
Fluent in English (B2) Previous experience in content moderation will be considered as an advantage Natural fast learner, developing skills within a short period of time Ability to work under pressure Ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies Empathic Motivated and with a positive attitude Maintain high attention to detail    OFFER: Relocation support  Working rotating shift schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-10PM Extensive, paid training A dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere Food allowance Guidance and tools to reach potential
