Position: Slovak Content Moderator and Investigator
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review graphic content that has been received from users to ensure that it complies with the community guidelines.
Review, classify and/or eliminate highly sensitive content.
Comply with instructions, procedures related and complementary to the role.
Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and the proper handling of customer information.
Perform outbound calls during the investigation to collect proofs of complaints from drivers and customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

C1-C2 level of Slovak language and B2 English, both oral and written.
The ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused and structured environment.
An ability to make decisions based on rules and policies.
A passion for helping others achieve results.
A tolerance for sensitive content in pictures.
