In collaboration we are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Pashto/Afgan-speaking Content Moderator for their Lisbon office.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work model: on-site Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviewing Reported Content: Examine reported content, including images, videos, text, and ads, to ensure compliance with legal standards and platform policies.
Assessing Ads: Evaluate advertisements to confirm they meet legal regulations and are free from misleading, inappropriate, or harmful content.
Investigating Violations: Conduct investigations into reported violations, using internal tools and resources to verify claims and determine appropriate actions.
Maintaining Compliance: Ensure that all content and ads meet legal requirements and platform guidelines, addressing any issues or inconsistencies.
Documenting and Reporting: Keep detailed records of moderation activities and prepare reports on findings, including any trends or patterns in reported content.
Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address complex issues and support policy development.
Providing Feedback: Offer insights and recommendations for improving content moderation processes and policies based on your observations.
Adapting to Changes: Stay updated on changes in legal regulations and platform policies to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness in content moderation.
