What you will do in this role As a Content Moderator, you will:
Take an active role in continuously seeking initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience;Review, audit, and moderate content from the end customer and copyright;Review user behaviors and ensure compliance with the Social Media guidelines;Analyze reports according to protocols, procedures, and instructions, maintaining a high level of quality;Act as a central point of moderation between Social Media users, applying our guidelines in a nuanced and context-dependent manner;Make autonomous decisions on sensitive or business-critical issues.Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
Are fluent in Portuguese (C1) and English (B2);Have at least 6 months of relevant experience in related fields;Possess strong customer service skills;Can tolerate repetitive work in a fast-paced environment;Can work both independently and as part of a team;Can multitask and communicate effectively;Are a fast learner and diligent worker.If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
