Rotative 8-hour shifts (8am-9pm) Remote Position Summary
A Consumer Engagement Services Veterinary Assistant will assist Nestlé consumers with questions and doubts when using our products and services.
Resolve possible customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities as per standard procedure, and also be the ambassador for our brands and products.
A Day in the life of... Respond to customer queries via phone and written channels in a timely and accurate wayProvide and clarify information to Nestlé clients regarding the nutrition of Nestlé goods for animalsOffer counselling and suggestions of positive alterations in nutrition, dietary restrictions, pet behaviors, and any health issues of the consumers' petsFollow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolvedTreat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following specific guidelinesInform customers about new products, functionalities, and campaigns, if anyGather consumers' feedback and complete a FAQ database and knowledge-based documentsBuild a relationship with stakeholders from the market, providing them information regarding health and nutrition topics to support business decision-makingEnsure Nestlé CES Standard Instructions on Consumer Complaints Handling process is handled appropriately and in a timely mannerRedirect consumer questions to appropriate stakeholders in case of impossibility in providing an answerWhat will make you successful Advanced written and spoken knowledge of EnglishAdvanced written and spoken knowledge of FrenchBachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food Science, or similar1 year+ experience as a Veterinary Technician, Veterinary Assistant, or in Customer RelationsKnowledge of pets' nutrition and behaviorFirst experience in customer relationsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsCapable of multitasking and being autonomous while working remotelyAttention to detail, flexibility, and willingness to learn new ways of work and technologiesWhat we offer Here at NBS Lisbon, we care about our talents and continuously work to engage our teams and help our people achieve their best professional performance while maintaining personal development and work-life balance.
