A Consumer Engagement Services Veterinary Assistant will assist Nestlé consumers with questions and doubts when using our products and services. Resolve possible customer queries, recommend solutions and guide product users through features and functionalities as per standard procedure, and also be the ambassador for our brands and products.
A Day in the life of... Respond to customer queries via phone and written channels in a timely and accurate wayProvide and clarify information to the Nestlé clients regarding the nutrition of the Nestlé goods for animalsOffer counseling and suggestions for positive alterations in nutrition, dietary restrictions, pet behaviors, and any health issues of the consumers' petsFollow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolvedTreat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following specific guidelinesInform customers about new products, functionalities, and campaigns, if anyGather consumers' feedback and complete a FAQ database and knowledge-based documentsBuild a relationship with stakeholders from the market, providing them information regarding health and nutrition topics to support business decision makingEnsure Nestlé CES Standard Instructions on Consumer Complaints Handling process is handled appropriately and in a timely mannerRedirect consumers' questions to appropriate stakeholders in case of impossibility in providing an answerWhat will make you successful Advanced Written and Spoken Knowledge of EnglishAdvanced Written and Spoken Knowledge of FrenchBachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food Science, or similar1+ year Experience as a Veterinary Technician, Veterinary Assistant, or in Customer RelationsPets' nutrition and behavior knowledgeFirst experience in customer relationsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsCapable of multi-tasking and being autonomous while working remotelyAttention to detail, flexibility, and willingness to learn new ways of work and technologiesWhat we offer Here at NBS Lisbon, we care about our talents, and we continuously work to have our teams engaged and our people achieving their best professional performance, without forgetting personal development and work-life balance.
