We are looking for a Consultant & Trainer to join our team and contribute to the success of our organizational transformation initiatives.
This professional will play a central role in developing change projects, promoting adherence, capacity building, and engagement of all stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement change management strategies aligned with the client's and organization's objectives.Conduct organizational impact analyses and identify potential barriers to change.Design and implement communication plans to engage stakeholders in transformation processes.Create customized educational materials, such as guides, presentations, and manuals, to support team training.Plan and deliver in-person and online training sessions, ensuring alignment with employee needs.Organize and conduct participatory workshops to foster collaboration and understanding of changes.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting approaches as necessary.Promote best practices in change management and share knowledge with multidisciplinary teams.ProfileBachelor's or Master's degreeMinimum of 2 years of experience in change management, training, or similar rolesAdvanced use of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)CCP - Certificate of Pedagogical Competence/former CAP (preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple prioritiesExperience in designing and facilitating workshops and training sessionsProficiency in creating educational content using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, among othersKnowledge of project management methodologies and collaboration tools will be valuedLocation: Porto or Lisbon
