About the job and your teamThe role is responsible for the functional support of S/4Hana business application together to deliver functional solutions in projects.
You will work onThe major purpose of the role is to serve locations running S/4 as their ERP platform by:
Issue resolution on incidents and problems for the live units in S/4Hana in scope for SAP ServicesService and change requests managementEnsure stable business process continuation and improvementsWorks on larger, moderately complex projects/ assignmentsParticipates in code reviews and works with developers, consultants and architects to ensure requirements are met.Functional solution delivery in SAP projectsEnsure that tickets assigned to her/him are followed up, tracked and delivered according to the SLAEnd to end accountable for the tickets assigned to him/her and managed to be delivered on the best quality and timely mannerDedicated and high focused business support during period end closing and critical business activities like shipping, manufacturing, etc.Provides appropriate solutions upon Business Area requirementsDesign, configure, test and train business solutions in collaboration with solution/architect teamParticipate in hyper care and take over location support from project teamProvides application maintenance, 2nd and 3rd level production support services toward the supported live locations (customers) globally, according to the SLA's agreedProactive system improvement proposals and initiativesPreventive business process supportWorks closely with business support departments to translate business requirements into feasible solutionsClose working relationship with technical, solution delivery, architect, analytics, basis and authorization teams all involved in the different business support processesUnderstand and work according to the transport and release management processCome up continuously with business and process related improvement ideasProvide and maintain process documentations like problem, incident and change managementWork according to the best practices for supportPerform daily tasks in the global ticketing systemInternational travel required occasionally based on needWhat we offer youWorking at the world's only fully integrated aluminum and leading renewable energy companyDiverse, global teamsFlexible work environment/home officeWe provide you the freedom to be creative and to learn from expertsPossibility to grow with the company, gain new certificatesAttractive benefit packageYour qualifications and skillsMinimum 4 years of relevant experience in a comparable role within SAP (ECC6 / S4 Hana) with hands-on application management or project organization.Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferredIT /Business Degree or EquivalentSAP certification is preferredIn depth understanding of the business processes related to the SAP applications.Expert SAP knowledge with configuration and trouble shooting skillsFluency in English (verbal and written)Experience with remote/dotted line management of staff in multiple countriesTeam PlayerSAP implementation and post live support experience in multinational environmentKnowledge of basic change management procedures within IT (ITIL)Customer oriented through striving to understand business needs and through providing with appropriate solutionsManage outsourced application servicesHydro values diverse skills and perspectives among employees.
