Position Summary:
The Compensation Specialist, Europewill be a key member of the Total Rewards EMEA team and will be responsible forsupporting a portfolio of countries within the EMEA region.
In this pivotal role, you willcollaborate closely with colleagues in the region to drive operationalefficiency and ensure seamless coordination of compensation topics for yourcountries.
Key Responsibilities:
Be atrusted partner, working proactively and collaboratively with HR Country Heads
Coordinateand provide in depth and ad hoc analytical support / guidance to BusinessPartners and Leaders
Market DataCollation and Analysis including role matching and levelling and survey datasubmission
Act as mainpoint of contact for new hire offer package reviews and advise as required
Manage stakeholder effectively
Implement global policies and programs, define andadopt Total Rewards guidelines and processes for your countries of responsibility
Ensure compensation practices adhere to best practiceand legislative requirements
Leadcompensation initiatives relating to M&A activity
Projects –be a key contributor for regional and global TR projects
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor'sdegree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldpreferred
Anadditional HR qualification, e.g., World at Work GRP, is a plus
Previousexperience in compensation (ideally, within large matrix organization)
Strong analyticaland data-driven mindset with advanced excel skills
