Mercer Portugal is seeking candidates for the following position based in Lisbon:Communication AnalystWe are looking for a professional in communications, marketing, or advertising to be part of the newly created Employee Communications Advisory team based in Lisbon. The role will be working as a generator of standardized engagement solutions related to the timely communication to the employees of our clients, of the conditions of access, use and enjoyment of their benefit and well-being programs.In this role, an updated communications content library must be maintained and available to all colleagues/consultants across the European region, with different pre-designed communication options that allows an efficient and timely communication process.Another important function of this position is to help with the adaptation and inclusion of content in the different templates in accordance with differing client requirements.What can you expect?Get the most out of your creativity to develop innovative strategies and deliverables that allow us to maintain a constant flow of communication with our clients' employees, in an effective, accurate and timely way.Define a customer journey that guarantees contact points with the employees of our clients beyond the renewal period of their policies.Helping clients to promote their benefits and wellbeing programs to enhance employee engagement and company culture.Work hand in hand with consultants across Europe to develop comprehensive communication solutions that contribute to improving the employee experience, understanding their benefits and wellness plan, and employee engagement.What's in it for you?To join a truly global organization that can offer excellent training and ongoing career development opportunities.Opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the wider business and be part of an exciting, growing team that will enable you to bring out the best of yourself.Flexible work environment.A permanent contract and generous benefits package, including pensions plan, health and life insurance.For the initial 3 months it's required to work from the office. After that, you can opt for the hybrid working model, which allows you to work from home 2 days per week.We will count on you to:Operational:Define the customer journey to create a map of frequent moments of contact and communication with their employees.Identify, together with the commercial team, communication needs and solutions that helps to strengthen the relationship with customers and the delivery of our value proposition.Clients:Produce content and design deliverables that allows maintaining a constant flow of communication between the employer and its employees, giving clarity, and facilitating the understanding of their benefit and wellness plans.Implement a library with predesigned deliverables that allows colleagues/consultants to access and solve the most frequent needs in terms of communication of benefits and well-being of their workforce quickly, effectively, and efficiently.Coordinate the relationship with agencies and external vendors with which products and deliverables that are part of the area's solutions are developed.Financial:Own and deliver against personal financial targets as agreed with the team leader.Support team growth/sales and revenue target.Adhere to MMB billing standards.PeopleAct as role model with integrity and professionalism.Network with peers internally and externally.Maintain technical knowledge to the required standard.Work with other teams in the business to deliver a profitable seamless service.Recognize success within the team.Coach/mentor of new and existing colleagues as required.What you need to have:Bachelor's degree is preferred but not a requirement.Solid experience and skills developing communications strategies, writing of copy creative, graphic design, branding development.At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate and/or advertising communications areas, producing creative communication strategies, designing different types of deliverables with high graphic impact, and measuring the impact of the implemented strategies.What makes you stand out:Experience with graphic design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop will be appreciated, as well as the entire Office 365 suite.Excellent organizational, project management and leadership skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Self-driven and motivated.A desire to provide exceptional customer service.Desire to grow yourself and take on new challenges and opportunities.About MercerMercer believes in building brighter futures by redefining the world of work, reshaping retirement and investment outcomes, and unlocking real health and well-being.
