Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:Manage Organizational Development and Communication projects, specifically those related to Organizational Strategy, Change and Transformation Management, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement in indirect areas;Project management, from planning to implementation, specifically including goal setting, stakeholders management, workshop facilitation and impact measurement;Management of communication content, including the production of content and storytelling through writing, audio, video, and organizing virtual and/or in-person events.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:Degree in Communication Sciences (or equivalent);Strong competence in creating communication content (written and video, including storytelling);Proficiency in audiovisual software (specifically Adobe Premiere Pro) and design tools;Professional experience in a similar role;Knowledge of online/virtual communication tools and platforms;Proficiency in English (spoken and written);Results-oriented, proactive and autonomous;Flexibility and aptitude for diverse tasks;Good planning skills.Additional InformationWork #LikeABosch includes:?
