Commercial Assistant Front Office

We are looking for a Commercial Assistant Front Office to join our Commercial Team ! Your main responsibilities will be: - Managing assigned clients within the sales channel, providing service and support through phone communication - Executing sales activities, prospecting, and supporting clients, ensuring proper registration and handling of diverse client information - Supporting sales representatives in meeting objectives and approved budgets, fostering trust and client loyalty - Register daily orders and payments What we are looking for: - 12th-grade education (minimum), bachelor's degree is preferred - Professional experience in customer contact, preferably in a call center environment - Agility in using information systems - Experience with CRM and SAP systems from a user perspective - Assertiveness in customer interactions, with the ability to create empathy and adapt the necessary approach - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills - Strong planning and organizational skills - Attention to detail If you are energetic, proactive, resilient, ambitious, and capable of working independently with an entrepreneurial mindset, we want to meet you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
