Client Support Specialist - Spanish Market

ROLE:
- Support, advice and presentation of solutions to customers
- Management of complaints and incidents with orders
- Possibility of involvement in other projects according to the company's needs and candidates knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluency in 2 languages - Portuguese and Spanish! (It's a must)
- Good communication and learning skills
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Good computer skills, initiative and leadership spirit
