At the heart of this industry leader, our client is seeking an Operations Specialist to play a crucial role in managing partner subscriptions.
You will orchestrate the entire process, from seamless onboarding to efficient entitlement and smooth offboarding, ensuring every partner feels valued and integrated.
Your journey with our client will see you collaborating across various teams, ensuring high service levels, setting clear expectations, and effectively communicating at all organizational levels.
Your influence will be felt as you navigate complex scenarios, making timely decisions and maintaining operational excellence.

With your experience in operations management and familiarity with technical support environments, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge to handle partner and customer escalations.
Your passion for delivering an exceptional partner and customer experience will be evident as you manage your time and priorities effectively, always aiming to exceed expectations.
Our client requires fluency in English at a C2 level for this full-time position, which operates Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day between  07:00 and 23:00, in the stunning Parque das Nações.
