Scope of the job
Our Sales team plays a crucial role in managing relationships with some of the world's largest brands in the industry.
As our reach continues to expand, we are looking for a Client Operations Specialist to support our Sales Account Managers in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
The Client Operations Specialist will be a key player in ensuring smooth operations, providing analytical support, and facilitating communication between our sales team and other internal departments.
? What You'll Do

Support Sales Account Managers with reporting and analytics
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and problem resolution
Work closely with the finance team to ensure seamless integration between sales operations and financial processes
Identify operational issues and propose potential solutions
Assist in preparing regular performance reports for clients
Help maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
Attending conferences worldwide, meetings, and industry events
Your attitude & background

Smart and enthusiastic individual with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
Responsible and reliable, with excellent organisational skills
Methodical approach to work with keen attention to detail
"Get things done" attitude and ability to meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
Basic analytical skills with the ability to work with data and create reports
Team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Portuguese
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
