Job Description You will be fundamental in supporting the DACH Client Leadership team by managing important client management processes. With a comprehensive understanding of clients and their projects, you'll ensure adherence to company guidelines and compliance standards. This includes supporting and supervising our client closing and review process to maintain data accuracy and quality. You will also provide the necessary tools and procedures to our client leadership team for client management. Also, you will be responsible for managing daily activities such as invoicing and reporting, while providing guidance on processes and policies to ensure smooth operations.
An essential skill is to collaborate with other department leaders and developing relationships to improve Client Operations processes. All members of the Client Operations team need to be independent, enjoy solving problems and have a passion for improving the way we do things.
You will be reporting to the Client Operations Manager. Main tasks Provide all necessary tools and reports following standard requirements to monitor client activity. Oversight and control of critical client management processes. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients and their respective projects. Support and guidance of our client closing and review process. Execution and supervision of defined administrative tasks on a recurring basis. Development and documentation of client scope, budget, and related parameters. Collection, analysis, and provide status information, financial reports, and budget outlines to executives. Manage daily activities, including commercial tasks such as invoicing and reporting. Ensure adherence to company guidelines and furnishing necessary tools and procedures for effective client management. Guarantee client data quality and compliance with regulatory standards. Provide management with an overview of all ongoing activities and identify any blind spots. Provide guidance on processes and policies to internal teams. Qualifications Experience with client operations or similar roles. Basic knowledge of business Indicators. Knowledge in client management processes and best practices. Experience in the definition and elaboration of processes and standards. Can interpret data and describe process flows. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite tools. Experience with Dynamics 365 or Salesforce is definitely considered a plus. Good level of English, written and spoken. German as an advantage.
