Business Analyst Operations (D/M/F)

Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.
Collect, validate, and maintain customer master data in the systemFacilitate efficient, timely and accurate master data creation and change processDefine, implement, and monitor CMD (Customer Master Data) sanity checks for a smooth operationSupport of cross functional CMD ProjectsReporting & analysis in aid of decision makingProvide CMD relevant training and support to usersMinimum of 3 years' experience working in business operations or sales organizationsExperience with any customer master data is preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis tools are requiredSAP system knowledge and Salesforce are beneficialStrong analytical and logical skills, attention to detail combined with hands-on mentalityTeam player and able to work with minimum supervision and under tight deadlinesFluency in English
