Are you a dynamic, organized, and multilingual professional ready to take on a critical role in an innovative company? We are looking for a Claims Administrator to join our fantastic Claims Team.
The Claims function is more than just a back-office role. It's a valued business partner integral to our daily operations and long-term strategy. You'll be at the heart of our Brussels team, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of claims administration while maintaining the highest standards of service. What You'll Do:
? Manage general administrative tasks like scanning, photocopying, and mailbox monitoring.
? Perform accurate and timely data entry and quality checks for claims information.
? Open and manage new accounts for claims processing in our system.
? Prepare and process payments for claims and invoices.
? Handle standard letters and emails, ensuring timely dispatch.
? Own the process for managing various bordereaux for our European MGA business.
? Support data cleansing and mass change processing projects.
? Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve queries within deadlines.
? Provide exceptional customer service to brokers and clients.
? Offer support to other teams during absences or peak workloads.
? Contribute to technical support and procedural best practices. What You'll Bring:
? Fluent in Dutch and/or French ( You must be a native speaker in either Dutch or French, with at least beginner or intermediate proficiency in the other language. )
? Strong customer focus, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and good IT proficiency.
? Mindset: Team player with a "get it done" attitude and great interpersonal skills ? What you will receive:
? Base salary: 1214,29€ (x14 months)
? Meal Allowance: 10,50€ (meal card - tax free)
? Language Bonus (Dutch): 416€ (x12 months)
? Language Bonus (French): 83€ (x12 months)
? Health Insurance for the employee, spouse and child
? Life Insurance equal to 48 salary months
? Pension Fund: 5% of annual gross salary
? Gym allowance: 750,00€ (net)
? Annual Bonus: based on your annual gross salary base
? 25€ net to cover home expenses
? Computer – Surface
