Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our team. This remote role is based in Portugal, and candidates must be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of cybersecurity strategy and operations.
Oversee and ensure the security of our information systems.
Develop and implement robust security policies and procedures.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address security incidents and compliance issues.
Monitor and assess emerging security threats and vulnerabilities.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years as a CISO or in a Security Operations (SecOps) role.
Strong background in Security Operations Center (SocOps) and incident response.
Extensive knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to develop and lead security training and awareness programs.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
