Key Responsibilities Create and implement a long-term technology plan that supports the company's goals.
Oversee system design and adopt new technologies to improve payment systems and fintech products.
Ensure systems are secure and reliable, meeting industry standards.

Requirements Proven experience as CTO, Head of Technology, or in a similar role within the fintech or related industries (payment systems, payment providers) of minimum 2 years.
Solid knowledge of software architecture, programming, and managing the software development process.
Experience in managing data strategies and building reliable, scalable data systems with good security practices.
Familiar with tools and platforms that help build fast and scalable systems.
Ability to solve problems and handle challenges in a fast-moving environment.
Able to find creative solutions and adapt to new problems or changes.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and encourage open communication.
