Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to join our team at TUI as a Chief Technology Officer. In this role, you will drive the technology strategy and vision, lead cross-functional teams, and oversee the development and delivery of business-critical initiatives.
As a technology leader, you will shape, develop, and deliver business-critical initiatives, products, and services. Your key responsibility is to support the growth and development of your team, ensuring they acquire new skills, work well together, and feel engaged and supported.
You will identify and recruit new talent, coach and mentor team members, manage performance, and develop careers. You will focus on increasing autonomy, enabling effective decision-making, and fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
