Then this job might be for you! YOUR MISSION Your main goal will be to oversee the entire product life cycle, vision, strategy, design and roadmap, with your main focus being on the user journey. To do so, here are your responsibilities: 1 - Bold Product Strategy, Vision & Development Craft the overall product vision & strategy to create innovative and impactful programs in alignment with Paradox's goals, Manage the entire product lifecycle while ensuring that learning design aligns with the vision & educational goals. Identify market opportunities, customer needs and emerging trends with the objective of setting long term product goals to drive product innovation & differentiation. 2 - User Focus & Experience Design Create and lead the phygital experience initiatives to provide a seamless and engaging journey for our leads, our customers and our alumni, enhancing their satisfaction by addressing their needs, Be accountable for creating intuitive, engaging and effective learning material while continuously improving the user experience
