Sou uma empresa: JncquoiWe are currently looking for a Head Waiter for JNcQUOI. This person will be responsible for: Perform customer service; Assist at distribution of tasks through all room staff; Verify service room mise-en-place; Daily transmit service specifications; Receive and direct clients to their tables; Advise customer on whatto choose from the menu; Managing the schedules,shifts and vacations of the room staff; Other responsibilities associated with the role.Requisitos : You will need to have: Leadership skills; High communication skills and empathy; Focus on customer service; Previous experience in this role; Foreign language knowledge (English is mandatory).
