Summary:
We have a great opportunity for a Change Management Associate to join our Change team. In this role, you will support organizational change management activities during SAP system implementations and upgrades, ensuring successful user adoption and system transitions. You will work closely and report directly to the Change Management Lead.
What can you expect as a Change Management Associate at Scandinavian Tobacco Group?
As a Change Management Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of SAP system implementations and upgrades by developing and executing comprehensive change management plans. You will collaborate closely with project teams, functional leads, and business stakeholders making sure the change management efforts are aligned with the project goals.
Your primary tasks will include the following: Developing and executing change management plans to drive user adoption and ensure successful system transitions.Conducting impact assessments, identifying key stakeholders, and designing communication strategies.Gathering feedback, monitoring user resistance, and implementing mitigation strategies.Collaborating with project teams, functional leads, and business stakeholders to align change management efforts with project goals.Tracking and reporting on change management metrics and key performance indicators.Staying updated on change management best practices and methodologies for SAP implementations.Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role): Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, SAP, or a related field3+ years of experience in change management roles, preferably with exposure to SAP system implementations or upgradesStrong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.Ability to conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and develop effective communication strategiesExperience in developing and delivering end-user training programs.Knowledge of project management practices and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, facilitation, and training skillsProficiency in EnglishWhat happens next?
