In this role, you will support organizational change management activities during SAP system implementations and upgrades, ensuring successful user adoption and system transitions. You will work closely and report directly to the Change Management Lead.What can you expect as a Change Management Associate at Scandinavian Tobacco Group?As a Change Management Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of SAP system implementations and upgrades by developing and executing comprehensive change management plans.
