Key Accountabilities Support the management of a Change through the course of its lifecycle.Support the preparation for the Change Advisory Boards to assess changes' impact, implementation, test, and rollback plans.Help to prevent Incidents Caused by Change.Document Changes' Post Implementation Review.Ensuring resources are aligned with the highest-value opportunities.Reporting and regularly review Change Management performance and quality.Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning Change Management.Work with the Process owners for Problem and Incident management to identify improvements to the processes and develop metrics to support them.Profile and Skills Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field - IEFP Level VIBasic knowledge of IT software and hardware.Great communication skills and proficiency in English.Critical-thinking and organizational skills.Ownership and initiative.Team player.Basic knowledge of IT Service Management processes.Solution-oriented mindset and able to provide recommendations for the process.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Able to generate reports for KPIs.Strong organizational skills.Excellent collaboration, customer service, and communication skills to work in a team environment.Able to work quickly and effectively under pressure and to efficiently handle multiple priorities simultaneously.We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
