Schedule: Monday to Sunday (day and night) divided in 4 work shifts with 12 hours (2 hours break time) and 2 days off.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring impeccable customer service
Taking over the rented vehicles from our customers
Carefully completing the return contract
Checking the state of the vehicle to identify potential damages
Registering the damages and incurring the amounts from the customers
Requesting a review from the customers regarding our services.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
Mandatory driving license (B category)
Proficiency in Portuguese and English
Hardworking, ambitious, extroverted, and integrity-driven personality
Excellent customer service skills, along with attention to detail
Strong communication, time management, teamwork, and computer skills
