ROLE:- Support, advice and presentation of solutions to customers, by email and telephone- Management of complaints and incidents with orders- Possibility of involvement in other projects according to the company's needs and candidates knowledgeQUALIFICATIONS:- Fluency in 2 languages - Portuguese and English!
