MAIN PURPOSE, Richemont is looking for a talented Salesforce QA Lead to help supporting the delivery of Client engagement solutions and applications to its Maisons.
The Salesforce C360 Service Cloud QA Lead will be part of the Richemont LNR (Luxury New Retail) Technology Client Engagement Area Team. You will be joining a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in a major, multi-Maisons, worldwide Salesforce initiative for some of the most prestigious Maisons. You will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams in different countries and time zones.
As a Salesforce C360 Service Cloud QA Lead , you will also be managing the offshore testing team. You will play a crucial role in defining and executing our test strategy that leverage the Salesforce Service Cloud platform to meet the unique needs of our luxury brands.
Your expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration, data analysis, and test execution will be essential in driving successful implementations and enhancements.
Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategyManage the C360 Service Cloud testing team in executing test plans and test casesWrite, Review, Approve and Execute Tests CasesCollaborate with the Business Analysts for writing the test casesPlan and support the SIT and UAT sessions – lead related ceremoniesManage the non-regression testing strategyManage the monitoring and reporting of testing activitiesExperience with test automation toolsConduct performance testing and optimize system performanceCollaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve system qualityStay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements and evaluate their applicability to our organizationQUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years of experience as a QA Lead with a focus on Salesforce implementationsSalesforce Administrator certification is requiredSolid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilitiesExperienced in Agile deliverySolid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectationsExperience with Confluence, Jira & Zephyr is required
