MAIN PURPOSE, Richemont is looking for a talented Salesforce QA Lead to help supporting the delivery of Client engagement solutions and applications to its Maisons.
The Salesforce C Service Cloud QA Lead will be part of the Richemont LNR (Luxury New Retail) Technology Client Engagement Area Team.
You will be joining a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in a major, multi-Maisons, worldwide Salesforce initiative for some of the most prestigious Maisons.
You will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams in different countries and time zones.
As a Salesforce C Service Cloud QA Lead, you will also be managing the offshore testing team.
You will play a crucial role in defining and executing our test strategy that leverage the Salesforce Service Cloud platform to meet the unique needs of our luxury brands.
Your expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration, data analysis, and test execution will be essential in driving successful implementations and enhancements.
You can read more about one of our success stories with the Salesforce platform following this link: RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy Manage the C Service Cloud testing team in executing test plans and test cases Write, Review, Approve and Execute Tests Cases Collaborate with the Business Analysts for writing the test cases Plan and support the SIT and UAT sessions – lead related ceremonies Manage the non-regression testing strategy Manage the monitoring and reporting of testing activities Experience with test automation tools Conduct performance testing and optimize system performance Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve system quality Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements and evaluate their applicability to our organization QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field 3+ years of experience as a QA Lead with a focus on Salesforce implementations Salesforce Administrator certification is required Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities Experienced in Agile delivery Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Fluent English required Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations Experience with Confluence, Jira & Zephyr is required ISTQB certification is a nice to have.
