THE ROLEJoin the dynamic team at Care to Beauty as a Buyer Trainee - Estágio IEFP, where your main focus will be the daily management of supplier relationships and performance.
This role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards for product offerings and ensuring seamless integration of these products into our strategic objectives.
You'll be at the forefront of negotiations, managing our vast product catalog, and facilitating interdepartmental communication to support our business goals.
Specifically, we expect you to:Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, understanding their unique features and aligning them with our company strategy.Skillfully negotiate the best terms with suppliers, ensuring the business's interests are always at the forefront.Keep our product catalogs up to date, including management of spare parts and detailed brand information.Ensure effective information flow between various departments, providing essential feedback to the Team Manager.Actively support strategic sourcing initiatives for brands and products that align with our vision.RequirementsNice to have:Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.A deep passion for and good knowledge of the beauty and cosmetics industry.Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.Good negotiation skills and an analytical mindset.Attention to detail is crucial.This position offers a unique opportunity to be a part of a leading online beauty and skincare platform, working closely with a diverse range of products and suppliers.
