The Spare Parts Procurement organization is a part of the Service Procurement organization and we are responsible for implementing Procurement strategies based on conducted demand, market and supplier analysis to ensure long-term, cost-efficient and reliable on-time supply of materials in the required quality.
We are looking for a Tactical Buyer to join our Tactical Procurement team in SGRE Service Procurement Global Spare Parts Organization. You will be reporting to the Tactical Procurement Team Leader and be located in Portugal - Oliveira de Frades offices. Remote Work possible.
How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for motivated Tactical Buyers who will ensure the price maintenance of materials in the procurement workflow. You can ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes and systems to achieve high process efficiency and process compliance (e.g. compliant Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, Procurement guidelines, IT systems).
Your responsibilities will be:
Issue Request for Quotations and eRFQs to existing suppliers
Analyze the quotations, execute supplier benchmark in Ariba
Request the price upload in the ERP system
Download material documentation from SAP
Prepare monthly reporting for procurement KPI reviews
Collaborate on cross functional projects
Ad-hoc support to the service procurement team to ensure adherence to monthly KPI
What you need to make a difference
A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
2+ years of professional experience within procurement with fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ownership for resolving issues, maintaining quality and ensuring delivery on targets.
A role model in collaboration and influencing, achieving outstanding results, supporting innovation and learning.
We will only consider Portuguese citizens or Portuguese Work Visa holders.
Alternative skill acquisition is appreciated.
