Responsabilidades ChaveDocument verification and validation at the time of registration (backoffice) through Salesforce;
Onboarding session, with buyers from the Italian market, to explain and identify the best offer (advice, sales);
Debt collection in the event of non-payment by buyers;
After-sales coordination (issues with purchases or transport coordination);

CompetênciasHigh school diploma (mandatory);
Call center experience (elimination);
Native Italian;
Advanced English (C1);
