Profile Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or similar;Empathic, focused, willing to learn and to thrive in commercial area;Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;Good communication skills and native in Portuguese and fluency in English;Living in Lisbon area with availability for presential work (Lisbon - Expo) and to visit clients; Key Responsibilities Market prospection, scheduling meetings, work on client´s technical needs;Source and attract top IT talent through various channels;Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and evaluate qualifications;Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate pipelines;Management of client´s technical needs and consultant´s team;Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment. Qualifications
Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends;Proven experience as an IT Manager.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
