Business Management Senior Officer

In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.We are looking for a Business Management Senior Officer to work in this project in Lisbon.Requirements:Knowledge in accounting or management controlling;Analytical skills including strong modelling skills;Proficient in MS Office Suite;Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate the financials;Run and monitor end to end invoicing process for services and products provided;Manage the forecast and budget exercises;Manage the portfolio of projects within its scope of teams;Perform research and actively support ongoing transversal projects and initiatives;Develop and own data models and dashboards, with the purpose of consolidating, analysing and reporting data in a structured and articulated way to support and inform business decisions;Contribute to the development or maintenance of new data models and presentations in a large range of activities;Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making by conducting studies and research;Collaborate with external partners, such as auditors, recruiters, universities and governmental institutions;Ensure the deliverables and processes on Finance, HR, Operational Permanent Control, Business Continuity, Community Management.We offer:Health insurance;A personalized training plan, with a budget to spend on the training and technical books you find necessary;Constant feedback so you can grow professionally;Remote onboarding process;Team events every semester so you can live new adventures;Culture of proximity and transparency.
